DealHub.io has helped streamline and automate our sales processes, reducing the time and effort required for proposals, and contracts. For any organization with a large number of SKUs that are either diverse or frequently updated, it is highly recommended to utilize DealHub.io in order to ensure that your Sales Team has access to the most comprehensive CPQ platform available. I would think that it is less relevant for an org who have only just set-up their Sales Dept and begun selling.

We use DealHub.io for all customer contract generation (ie. pilots, new business, expansion, renewal). Within that we use DealHub.io to manage related approvals.

DealHub.io is well-suited for most situations where CPQ might be implemented but is also flexible enough and easy to use to be leveraged in simpler scenarios. I've only used it in conjunction with Salesforce, but it integrates very well to let you manage the quoting and subscription process.

DealHub.io has more robust functionality than PandaDoc and is MUCH easier to use than Salesforce CPQ.
Our implementation team has been awesome & ongoing support is responsive and very helpful.
It's still a bit complex in areas, and I'd love to see more robust documentation, but the support team is awesome in helping us work through anything I might get tripped up on.

DealHub.io is currently being leveraged across AE, CSM, and AM teams here at Sendoso. We love the platform as it has replaced the Google Sheets we were using prior to create quotes and proposals for our prospective and existing customers. Gone are the days of double-checking the math, and which products were made available within each quote on a Google Sheet.
  • DealHub efficiently tabulates all the pricing into one clean document.
  • DealHub allows us to submit for approvals quickly and efficiently, without having to send an email.
  • I know very easily what my Term and Discount thresholds are, so I can move quickly.
  • DealHub syncs automatically with our Salesforce instance, reducing any duplicative areas that need to be updated.
  • Nothing too specific here since this is the first CPQ tool I've used; maybe the training around how the actual DealRoom presents to a customer would have been helpful, but I operate more in an old-school way and like to send my contracts directly to the people I'm working with via email or DocuSign... the whole DealRoom thing scares me a little.
DealHub is great for making quick quotes on the fly and allows for the ability to draft proposals before going through a deeper internal review process. I love how DealHub auto-updates Salesforce as well, so I don't have to go back and update areas on the opportunity record twice. DealHub also reduces error significantly since it intelligently knows our products and the differentiators that have been set up by our admins.

  • DealHub has saved me at least 30 mins on each proposal/quote that I've created. Gone are the days of having to update a Google Sheet, double-check the math, and all the misc. terms or incentives that come along with driving a deal forward.
  • DealHub reduces my time in Salesforce each quote that's created by about 5 minutes.
  • DealHub makes the internal approval process much faster as well; Sales Director receives approval via email, if CRO approval is needed, the approval-needed notification is sent right to the CRO, following Director level approval. Clicks not emails.
Unfortunately, I do not have any other experience working with CPQ tools outside of DealHub.
Usability is great overall. I [wish] it was a little more intuitive to work through the "price locks" on the actual product SKU's, but that just means more training is needed for me personally. Overall though, from my point-of-view as an AE who was using Google Sheets to create quotes at my last company and now here, DealHub speeds up my process immensely and allows for me through the quote-creation process with ease.
I personally haven't had to reach out directly to the DealHub team, but they did a great job enabling our director of RevOps, who is basically our one-stop shop for all DealHub related questions. We've never had a question (in my experience) that needed to be raised to the actual DH support team.

We use Valooto as our sales quoting tool, primarily used by AEs and CSMs (and related management). Previously we were using the standard Quoting functionality out of Salesforce, which although it met our needs for a while, was not very flexible as our deals grew in both size, structure and complexity.

Valooto is well suited and can act as a replacement (or brand new) quote to cash tool for any organization. Coming from basic quoting functionality within Salesforce, we had some idea of what we wanted and were already leaps beyond quoting out of Word documents / Excel sheets (as many still do).

We had the basic quoting functionality within Salesforce but were quickly outgrowing that as our deals grew in size, structure and complexity. The primary competitor we evaluated against Valooto was SteelBrick and we chose Valooto due to the promised faster implementation, lower cost and it being a more streamlined solution.
